"The Instrument of Conspiracy is the Balfour Declaration of 1917. This book narrates the story of the Balfour Declaration from the point of view of its various actors: The testimony of McMahon, who prepared the Arab arena for the colonial partition plan, shows how he manipulated and deceived Sharif Hussein. The testimony of Montagu, the Jewish British minister, stands in contrast to McMahon's testimony: he strongly opposed any promise that would guarantee the establishment of a Zionist state in Palestine. As for Weizmann, as he says in his memoirs, he wore a mask for every occasion, i.e. he lied and deceived in order to achieve his goals. As for Sharif Hussein's testimony, it shows how he fell into the net of deception set up by McMahon with false promises and deliberate deception. The fifth testimony is that of Palestine, which was the first victim of the Balfour Declaration and the colonial partition plan.
